Consulting and advisory services

Because our fees are earned for time reserved and work performed, consulting and advisory engagements are generally non-refundable once the work has begun or the session has been delivered. If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Training programs and digital materials

Because of the nature of training access and digital materials, purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted or the program has begun, except where a refund is required by law.

Fees are for the services and materials provided. They are not contingent on achieving any particular result.

Billing questions or errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact info@pulseholdings.net within 30 days and we will review it promptly.
